I’m still technically on hiatus for a few more weeks until school is out for the summer. But, I’m finally ready to jump back into the promo thing. So, first things first: street team leaders need to get in contact with me in the next couple of weeks to let me know if they’re still interested in helping.

As for the rest of you, I hope you all still want to help. If you don’t just send me a message with your name and the url you joined the list with and I’ll remove you from the fan list.

As with twitter, I will be unfollowing some people. It’s nothing personal but this is meant to be a McFly account, so that’s who I need to see on my dash.

Ok so obviously this blog has come to a standstill…again.

I don’t know what to do with it anymore since McFly isn’t really doing anything much as a band at that moment.

I’ve seriously considered shutting it down completely and just deleting it, or turning control over to somebody else. For now I’m just gonna say it’s going on an indefinite hiatus…I have no idea how long that will be.

I’ll log in periodically to check messages and such but as far as promo and everything else, that’s being stopped.

I really hoped this blog would turn out to be something great for the US McFly fans but it seems like nobody cares anymore and I’ve done all that I can do. It’s time for me to just step away for a while. 

It was fun while it lasted right?

You guys are still the best for sticking with this blog as long as you have. Seriously, thank you.

So to be honest I’m getting really bored here with nothing to do. So I’ve decided I’m going to try and do another project, hopefully this time with more participants. 

For the project I was thinking of videos, but not videos of fans saying they love McFly or anything like that. My idea was to have you guys create promotion trailers McFly, you know like a movie trailer.

As far as promo goes it’s a lot easier to spread a link then to physically go out and do promo with posters and things.

So would you guys be interested in doing this? If you are just like this post, if enough people like it I’ll make another post with more details about the project.

EDIT: This project would be open to everyone, not just the USA. The videos can be used to promote in whatever country.

Hey guys, so this isn’t really McFly related but I’m going to be in Chicago in November for a few days if anyone who lives there wants to try and meet up. I’d love to finally be able to meet some of you guys.
